Cant open the cinema 4d

i was done extracting the folder and this happened.

the program shows like a blank paper, or an unrecognized file. i tried opening it, but it shows that my windows cant open the file.
i choose find a correct program using the web service (http://shell.windows.com/fileassoc/0409/xml/redir.asp?EXT=c4d) but microsoft didnt recognize the format. i cant open the editor now. anyone can solve this?

I’m not sure what you mean? You can’t open the cinema 4d, very vague. What file are you referring to?
