Ok… I know this sounds stupid but… I’m not sure how… but like… how do I create a wallpaper… like… not just entering my username…? I tried to do the thing with the other post and it… it didn’t work/ I really didn’t get it… I’m really new to this community…

I can’t really open the file thing… it says like “this app. cannot be found” or something what should I dooooo…?
basically open http://minecraft.novaskin.me/wallpapers on your browser (are you on mobile?)
click on a wallpaper, it will scroll the page to the top
click on the player, and fill your player name on the text box that says search/player and click on the player button.
or click on the up arrow button and select a skin file from your computer.
Try restarting your device and get back on wallpapers
