How to get cape?

Hello, im trying to get a cape and i can’t rally figure out how. I have downloaded the novaskin resourcepack but when i click apply for minecraft it just pops up with the download link for the resourcepack. When i try and download the cape it just gives me a png file with the cape. What to do?

  • You don’t install capes with a resourcepack

  • You can get a cape with certain mods
    (Important note: With this method only people using the same mod as you will be able to see your cape)
