I have downloaded it several times, it doesn’t do anything. The exe? Doesn’t work. You double click and it does nothing? Press apply to minecraft on a skin? Install resource pack it says! So I do. And it doesn’t work. Could you put a tutorial somewhere since all I want to do is change the doggo skin but now it’s an impossible feat to do so. It doesn’t open up an application like I expect it to, and when you download the skin now you have to dig in files that just don’t seem to work. This is trash, it doesn’t work, and if you want to tell me how it works please do so because you don’t make it easy enough for people to know how your crap works. The resource pack has nothing in it related to the skin! It’s the friggin installation! Like I’m sorry?
