Making a 1.8 skin into a 1.7 (I believe 1.7)

Hey people! I have a problem (No wonder why you are reading this!)

I have a 1.8 skin, but I need it to be like this: http://imgur.com/a/cSZU7 for a rig I use. I believe this is a 1.7 skin, but please correct me if I am wrong. Is there any free website I can use, that dose not require a download? Thanks!
