Nova Skin Resource Pack Not Installing?

So I downloaded the resource pack editor thingy so that I could have in game changes and all that.

But when I did it took me to this page —> Nova Skin Resourcepack - Nova Skin

And I waited when it said like “Verifing resource pack”

Then it said “You need to install the thing again blah blah blah”’

But I already did?

Somebody help please
