i just received several wallpapers from a friend and now i saw such a wallpaper here, too. Am I allowed to use wallpapers on my website or is it forbidden?

As long as you aren’t trying to make a profit off them or claim the art as your own works, under Nova’s license you can use them as you wish. Websites, videos, posters, banners, flyers, I think all is fine.
Wallpapers posted to this site are under this license http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ so just don’t make money from it and you should be fine.
